At Siena Home, we want you to love every piece you bring into your space; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Our goal is to ensure your home feels perfect, and we make the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Siena Home account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
